Camera Basics

Below is a checklist of everything you should do before you capture:

  1. Set the tripod to the medium height

  2. Make sure your camera is fully charged

  3. Attach the camera base by twisting it smoothly and securely to the tripod

  4. Turn the camera on by holding the On/Off button

  5. Check the display Screen and get ready to capture

Note: The camera will not need to be connected to WiFi during the capture process, only for the purpose of uploading which we will run through in a later video.

We recommend the middle height setting for all internal property shots & scans, this height setting is designed to ensure that your captures are at the best height for maximal coverage of floor space and furniture. To access this height you will just need to extend the legs using one set of clips.

Charging the camera is easy, we provide a fast charger & USB cable with your camera, we recommend that you use this charger & cable as this will allow you to charge your camera at a rate of 2% per minute. If you are on the move & need to charge using a device you can use the USB-C to USB adapter included with your camera. We would always recommend having your camera fully charged before heading out for the day to make sure you have the least downtime possible!
