What's in the box?
You should have received two parcels, one containing your tripod and a second with your camera neatly tucked inside your carry case.
Note: Please try to keep the packaging in case you ever need to return or exchange any of your hardware
Inside the carry case, you will find:
Giraffe360 Camera – Lightweight and portable for easy use.
Fast Charging Plug & Cable – Ensures quick recharging.
Lens Wipes – Keeps your camera lens clean for sharp images.
Reset Pin – Used for hard resets if needed
Note: If anything is missing or you have any issues with any of your accessories (Charger, Cable, Tripod .etc) we are on hand to ensure you get a replacement.
On the Move
We recommend always transporting the camera packed inside the carry case.
This protects your camera from bumps, scrapes, dust, and water. The case also has rear clips designed to secure your tripod—ideal for moving between properties without hassle (or the risk of leaving anything behind!).
Setting up Your Equipment
The Tripod
Open the tripod fully.
Extend the legs using the clips to select the appropriate height:
Medium height – Ideal for most internal scans (recommended).
High setting – Best for external property shots.
Low setting – Suitable for tight spaces (e.g. closets or small bathrooms).
The Camera
Place the camera on top of the tripod.
Twist it into place until it is firmly secured.
Press and hold the Power button (above the charging port) to switch it on
To detach the camera from the tripod just twist the base in the direction of the "unlock" arrow.
