With the Asari integration, you can:
Connect your Giraffe360 Workspace to Asari
Link Giraffe360 projects to properties in Asari
Send photos, floorplans, Virtual Tour links and YouTube video links to your Asari property
Note: Only Workspace Admins and Managers can connect or enable the Asari integration.
Connect Giraffe360 to Asari
Before you can link projects and send assets, an Admin or Manager needs to connect the Asari integration.
Open Workspace.
Go to Integrations.
Select Asari.
A connection window will open.
Sign in to your Asari account.
In Asari, go to Settings → Tools.
Click Create Token.
Enter the required application details and click Save.
Asari will generate an API token.
Click Show Token, then copy the token.
Return to the Giraffe360 connection window.
Paste the token into the API Key field.
Click Connect.
If the API key is valid, the integration status will change to Connected and a green status indicator will appear.
Link a Giraffe360 Project to an Asari Property
Once Asari is connected to your Workspace, you need to link each Giraffe360 project to the corresponding property in Asari.
The linking is done per project, meaning that each Giraffe360 project can be linked to one Asari property.
To link a project:
Open the relevant project in Giraffe360.
Click Add Integrations below the project title.
A modal window will open showing the integrations available in your Workspace.
Select Asari.
Giraffe360 will retrieve the available properties from Asari.
You can find the property you want to link by searching for it using the Asari property ID.
7. Select the property.
8. Confirm the connection.
Once the project has been successfully linked, a green Asari label will appear below the project title.
Send Assets to Asari
After linking a project to an Asari property, you can select which Giraffe360 assets you want to send.
Open the project that is linked to Asari.
Click the Asari menu below the project title.
Select Send Assets.
Select the assets you want to send.
The following asset types are available:
Still Images
You can send:
Original images
AI-enhanced images
Floorplans
You can send:
Original floorplans
AI-enhanced floorplans
Virtual Tours
You can send Virtual Tour links, including:
Listing-site friendly
Gated
Protected
Regular
If you have edited the Virtual Tour, you need to manually send the updated link to Asari.
YouTube Videos
You can also send YouTube video links if you have shared the video to YouTube.
Each asset category is optional, so you can select only the assets you want to send.
Click Send.
Giraffe360 will send the selected assets to the linked Asari property.
Asset Upload Status
After sending the assets, you will be redirected to the project page.
A status indicator next to the Asari label shows the progress:
🟡 Yellow — assets are being processed.
🔴 Red — an error occurred while sending the assets. Click the Asari label to view the error message.
Once the assets have been successfully processed, the status will update accordingly.
Disconnect an Asari Property
If you no longer want a Giraffe360 project to be connected to an Asari property:
Open the linked project.
Click the Asari menu below the project title.
Select Disconnect Property.
Confirm the disconnection.
Disconnecting the property removes the link between the Giraffe360 project and the Asari property. It does not delete the property or its existing assets from Asari.
