The Apex27 integration allows you to connect your Giraffe360 workspace with Apex27, link your projects to properties, and send marketing assets directly to your CRM.
Before you begin
Only Workspace Admins and Managers can connect the Apex27 integration.
Once connected, all users in the workspace can view the integration and use it according to their permissions.
Connect Apex27
To connect your Giraffe360 workspace to Apex27:
Open Workspace.
Navigate to Integrations and select Apex27.
The connection window will open.
Sign in to your Apex27 account.
In Apex27, navigate to Admin Panel → API Keys.
6. Click Add API Key.
7. Enter the required application details and click Save.
8. Apex27 will generate an API Key (Access API Token).
9. Copy the API Key.
10. Return to the Giraffe360 connection window and paste the API Key into the API Key field.
11. Click Connect. If the API Key is valid, the integration status will change to Connected and will be displayed with a green status indicator.
Link a project to an Apex27 property
After connecting Apex27, each Giraffe360 project must be linked to a corresponding property in Apex27 before assets can be shared.
Project linking is performed individually, meaning each Giraffe360 project can be linked to one Apex27 property.
To link a project:
Open the project you want to connect.
Select the Apex27 option.
Choose the Apex27 property you want to link.
Confirm the connection.
Once the project is linked, an Apex27 menu will appear beneath the project title.
Send assets to Apex27
After a project has been linked, you can send selected marketing assets to the connected Apex27 property.
To send assets:
Open the linked project.
Click the Apex27 menu.
Select Send Assets.
In the asset selection window, choose the content you want to send.
You can send any combination of the following asset types:
Still Images
Original
AI Enhanced
Floorplans
Original
AI Enhanced
Virtual Tour links
Listing Site Friendly
Gated
Protected
Regular
Property Website link (if available)
3D Floorplan link
YouTube video links (available only for videos that have been shared to YouTube)
Each asset category is optional, so you can send only the items you need.
Click Send.
The selected assets will be transferred to Apex27.
Processing status
After sending assets:
You will be returned to the project page.
A yellow indicator next to the Apex27 label means the assets are currently being processed.
If the transfer fails, the indicator changes to red. Click the Apex27 label to view the error message.
Note: If your Virtual Tour has been edited after it was previously shared, you will need to manually send the updated Virtual Tour link to Apex27.
Disconnect a property
If you no longer want a project connected to an Apex27 property:
Open the linked project.
Click the Apex27 menu.
Select Disconnect Property.
Confirm the action.
The project will no longer be linked to the Apex27 property, and asset synchronization will stop until a new property is connected.
