How to Enable and Use Giraffe360 Integration with Reapit

Written by Elza Kreslina

How to enable Giraffe360 integration with Reapit

The Reapit admin in your company logs into Reapit AppMarket with their credentials.

  1. Search for the Giraffe360 App in the marketplace

  2. If the app is listed, the admin should see an "Install" or "Enable Integration" button. They must click this to enable the integration

  3. Once the app is enabled, Reapit will typically display a status such as “Integration Enabled” or similar, indicating that the app is authorised for the organisation

  4. The admin might need to grant permissions or API access for the app to connect with their Reapit data

Once the Reapit admin has added or integrated Giraffe360 in the Reapit AppMarket, other users in the organisation should be able to connect the integration.

Don’t know who the admin is? Contact Reapit CSM or Reapit Help Desk.

Reapit Integration Guide

The Reapit integration allows you to securely connect your workspace with your Reapit account and manually send project assets such as photos, floorplans, virtual tours, property descriptions, property website links.

The integration process includes three key steps:

  1. Workspace authentication

  2. Project-property linking

  3. Manual asset send

1. Authenticate Your Workspace with Reapit

All users can see available integrations in the Workspace, even if nothing is connected yet. Only admins or managers can authenticate and enable the Reapit integration for the organization.

How to authenticate

  1. Open Workspace – all available integrations are listed.

  2. Select Reapit. You will see a message notifying you that enabling this integration may affect billing.

  3. If you approve, a modal appears prompting you to log in to your Reapit account.

  4. After successful login, the integration is activated, and all users can link projects to Reapit properties.

2. Link a Project to a Reapit Property

Once the integration is enabled, each project must be linked to a specific Reapit property. Linking is done per project to ensure correct data synchronization.

How to link a project

  1. Open the project you want to sync.

  2. Click Add Integrations below the project title.

  3. Select Reapit from the list of connected integrations.

  4. In the modal, you can:

    • View suggested “best match” properties (based on name, address, etc.)

    • Search by typing an address (autocomplete activates after 3 characters)

    • Search by pasting the Reapit property URL

  5. Select the desired property and confirm.

  6. A green Reapit label appears under the project title, indicating successful linking.

Note: Note: Admins, managers, and basic users can sync their own projects with Reapit, but only after an admin or manager has established the connection with Reapit.

3. Send Assets to Reapit

After linking a project, users can manually send specific assets to Reapit. This includes photos, floorplans, virtual tours, property descriptions, website links, and videos. Asset send is optional and can be repeated any time.

How to send assets

  1. Click the Reapit label under the linked project title.

  2. Select Send Assets – a modal opens with selectable asset types:

    • Still Images

    • Floorplans

    • Virtual Tour Links (multiple types: Listing site friendly, Gated, Protected, Regular – updated links must be sent manually)

    • Property Description

    • Property Website Link (if generated)

  3. Select which assets to send (all categories are optional).

  4. Click Send – the selected assets are sent to Reapit

  5. UI feedback:

    • You return to the project page.

    • A yellow indicator next to the Reapit label means “processing.”

    • A red indicator signals an error (tap to view details).

    • Successful push is confirmed with a green indicator.

How to disconnect Reapit

  1. Click on the "Settings" icon to access Workspace settings

  2. Under the Integrations section, find Reapit

  3. Select the bin icon "Deactivate"

  4. A confirmation window will appear. All currently synced projects will stop syncing. Click Disconnect again

  5. Reapit should now be disconnected

Note: Your REapit subscription will remain active until the end of current billing month. No further charges will apply after that.

Important Sync Behavior

  • Only selected assets are overwritten if updated.

  • Previously uploaded assets not selected remain untouched.

  • Example: If 10 photos were previously sent and 8 updated photos are sent later, only the 8 are updated; the remaining 2 remain on Reapit.

Reapit Pricing

Reapit is a paid company-level integration. The price is shown in Workspace Settings before you activate it:

  • £10 per month, per company

  • €12 per month, per company

  • $14 per month, per company

The fee is billed according to your existing Giraffe360 billing cycle.
