Apimo CRM Integration

The Apimo integration allows you to connect your G360 projects with properties in Apimo and send media assets directly to your CRM.

Before You Start

To use the integration, an Admin or Manager must first enable the Apimo integration for your workspace.

Step 1: Request Integration from Apimo

Contact Apimo Support at support@apimo.com (or create a support ticket through your Apimo account) and request an integration with Giraffe360.

Apimo will:

  • Generate an Agency ID

  • Make the Agency ID available in your Apimo account

Step 2: Connect Apimo to G360

  1. Open Workspace Settings (settings icon top right corner) → Integrations.

  2. Select Apimo.

  3. Copy your Agency ID from your Apimo account.

  4. Paste it into the Agency ID field in Giraffe360.

  5. Save the integration.

Your workspace is now connected to Apimo.

Link a Project to an Apimo Property

After connecting Apimo, each G360 project must be linked to its corresponding property in Apimo.

To link a project:

  1. Open the project in Giraffe360.

  2. Click Add Integrations below the project title.

  3. Select Apimo.

  4. Search for the property by:

    • Property address (autocomplete starts after entering 3 characters), or

    • Apimo Property ID.

  5. Select the correct property.

  6. Click Confirm.

Where to find the Property ID:

Once linked, an Apimo label will appear below the project title.

Send Assets to Apimo

After a project has been linked, you can send assets to Apimo at any time.

  1. Open the project.

  2. Click the Apimo menu.

  3. Select Send Assets.

  4. Choose the assets you want to upload.

Available asset types include:

  • Still Images (Original or AI Enhanced)

  • Floorplans (Original or AI Enhanced)

  • Virtual Tour links

    • Listing Site Friendly

    • Gated

    • Protected

    • Regular

  • Property Website link (if available)

  • 3D Floor Plan link

  • YouTube video links (if videos have been published to YouTube)

Each asset category is optional.

Click Send to start the upload.

Upload Status

After sending assets:

  • A yellow indicator next to the Apimo label means the upload is currently being processed.

  • Once processing is complete, your assets are available in Apimo.

  • If an error occurs, the indicator turns red. Click it to view the error details.
