The Propstack integration allows you to connect your Giraffe360 account with Propstack and send your property marketing assets directly to your CRM.
Once you connect the integration, you can link individual Giraffe360 projects to Propstack properties. From a linked project, you can manually send photos, floorplans, virtual tours, property websites, videos, and other supported assets whenever you're ready.
Before you Begin
Only Admins and Managers can connect or disconnect the Propstack integration
All users can see the Propstack integration in "Workspace settings" → "Integrations", even if it hasn't been connected yet
Each Giraffe360 project can be linked to one Propstack property
How to Connect Propstack to Giraffe360
To connect your Propstack account:
Open Workspace.
Go to Integrations.
Select Propstack.
Click Connect.
Sign in to your Propstack account.
In Propstack, go to Administration → Extensions.
Find Giraffe360 and enable the integration.
Once the integration is enabled, an API Key is automatically generated for Giraffe360.
Go to Administration → API Keys in Propstack.
Copy the generated API Key.
Return to Giraffe360 and paste the API key into the API Key field.
Click Connect.
If the API key is valid, the integration status will change to Connected, and you'll see a green status indicator.
How to link a Project to a Propstack Property
After you connect the integration, link each Giraffe360 project to its corresponding property in Propstack. Linking tells Giraffe360 and Propstack which property a project's assets belong to.
To link a project:
Open the project in Giraffe360
Select "Propstack"
Choose the appropriate property from the property picker or enter the Property ID manually
Confirm the connection
Once linked, you can send assets to Propstack from this project.
How to Send Assets to Propstack
After you link a project, choose which assets to send. Nothing sends automatically – you select the assets each time.
To send assets:
Open your linked project
Click the "Propstack" menu
Select "Send Assets"
Choose the assets you want to send
Click "Send"
Giraffe360 uploads the selected assets to Propstack.
Supported assets
You can send any combination of the following. Each category is optional, so you only need to select the content you want to send.
Still photos: Original still photos; AI Enhanced still photos
Floorplans: Original floor plans, AI Enhanced floor plans
Virtual tour links: Listing Site Friendly (default), Gated, Protected, Regular

3D Floor Plan
YouTube video links (if you've published videos to YouTube)
How to Update Assets Sent to Propstack
The integration doesn't automatically sync updates. If you change your assets in Giraffe360 after sending them, send them again manually.
To update assets:
Edit your assets in Giraffe360
Open the project
Select "Propstack" → "Send Assets"
Choose the updated assets
Click "Send"
Giraffe360 overwrites the previously uploaded assets in Propstack with the latest versions.
Important: Virtual Tour links also update manually. If you change the type of Virtual Tour link (for example, from Listing Site Friendly to Protected), send the updated link again.
How to Disconnect a Project
If a project no longer needs to send assets to a specific Propstack property, you can disconnect it. Disconnecting doesn't remove or delete anything you've already sent to Propstack – it only stops the link between the Giraffe360 project and that property.
To disconnect a linked project:
Open the linked project
Select "Propstack"
Select "Disconnect Property"
This removes the connection between the Giraffe360 project and the Propstack property.
