AI credits are used when generating AI-powered content across Giraffe360, including AI Enhanced Floor Plans, Still Photos, Stills to Video, and Marketing Content Creator.
The number of credits required depends on the feature and, where applicable, the selected generation mode, resolution, or number of outputs.
How AI Credits Work
Before generating AI content, you can see how many credits the selected action will use.
Depending on the feature, the required credit cost is displayed directly in the AI tool or on the Generate/Create button.
A credit charge is applied when a generation successfully returns a result. Failed generations are not charged.

Checking Your AI Credit Usage
When using an AI feature, you can see the number of credits required before generating content.
For example:
In Still Photos → AI Enhance, your free or paid AI credit usage is shown in the AI Enhance interface
n Stills to Video, the number of credits required is shown on the Create button before you generate the clip
Other AI features show the applicable credit cost as part of the generation flow
Admins and Managers can view the account-level AI credit balance and usage breakdown from: Billing → AI enhance credits.

Free extra AI enhance credits
Paid AI enhance credits
Admins and Managers can also manage paid credit access and spending limits from this section.
Free AI Credits
PRO Cameras
Each active PRO camera includes 50 free AI Enhance credits per calendar month.
Your total monthly allowance increases with the number of active PRO cameras on your account.
For example:
1 PRO camera = 50 free credits per month
4 PRO cameras = 200 free credits per month
Free credits reset each calendar month.
Unused free credits do not carry over to the following month.
GO Cameras
GO Camera accounts include 50 free AI credits shared across the account.
These credits are provided once and do not reset monthly. Once they have been used, paid credits can be enabled.
Paid AI Credits
After the available free credits have been used, Admins and Managers can enable access to paid AI credits.
To manage paid credits:
Go to Billing
Find AI enhance credits
Click the pencil icon
Choose who can access paid credits
Set the spending limit
Click Save
Paid credit access can be enabled for individual users or for All users.
Admins and Managers can choose:
No paid credits – paid credit usage is disabled
Unlimited usage – no spending limit is applied
Custom spending limit – sets a maximum amount that can be spent
