AI Enhance is a tool powered by Google Gemini that helps you edit and transform real estate photos using AI. You can virtually stage rooms, remove furniture or clutter, add décor and objects, improve outdoor areas, create day-to-night or twilight effects, generate aerial-style views, and apply other enhancements.

It helps you quickly create polished, market-ready images that save editing time and make listings more visually engaging.

Inside AI Enhance, all changes are generated from your original image.

AI-enhanced images include a disclosure watermark to indicate that a photo has been digitally altered.

How it works

The watermark is enabled by default for AI-enhanced images and can also be applied to other edited photos in the Still photo editor (e.g. Sky Replacement or Object Removal).

Each tool allows you to choose the AI mode used for generating images.

Select the AI model you want to use.

Example: 2k + 2 images = 2 credits; 4k + 2 images = 4 credits

Use this option to fully redesign or furnish an entire room in a new style.

Transform a standard property image into a professional aerial-style real estate shot. Best used for exterior photos of houses, buildings, or large properties.

Convert a daytime exterior image into a warm twilight scene with realistic evening lighting and illuminated windows.

Turn a daylight photo into a nighttime version while preserving realistic lighting and atmosphere.

Use this option to add a single item to the room – for example:

plants, lamps, books, flowers, artwork, or small decorations.

Apply warm golden-hour sunlight and soft shadows to create a more inviting and premium-looking property photo.

Add realistic fire and glow effects to indoor fireplaces to create a warmer atmosphere.

Reduce reflections and glare from windows, mirrors, or shiny surfaces to improve image clarity.

Enhance window details and improve visibility of outdoor views while balancing interior brightness.

AI-generated images are stored together with your original still photos.

Within Still Photos, images are organized into tabs:

Once a photo is enhanced, it appears in the AI Enhanced tab, while the original remains unchanged in the Originals tab.

Same paid credit rules apply to GO and PRO Cameras.

After free AI Enhance credits are used:

AI Enhance is powered by a third-party integration, so the number of generated variations may vary. Typically up to three versions are returned, but sometimes fewer. If at least one result is generated, one credit will be used. If no results are returned, no credit will be used.
