Blue Skies in Still Photos

Information about our "Blue Sky" feature.

The Blue Sky is an additional feature for still photos.

When you choose the Blue Sky option, your still photos are automatically enhanced with blue skies by picking a sky image from a dataset and superimposing it onto each individual external photo.

The skies will be clear or occasionally accompanied by a few clouds. The position or shape of the clouds may differ, but the tonalities of all skies will be similar.

Additional details:

  • The artificial sky will be selected automatically based on the tonality which best suits the original image.

  • Once Blue Skies is added to your account, all external images will be processed with Blue Skies included - there is no requirement to request this to be added as it will be done as standard.

  • If you want to know more about the "Blue Sky" option & pricing, please contact our Customer Success team at customersuccess@giraffe360.com

Disclosure Watermark

mages enhanced with Blue Sky can include a disclosure watermark to indicate that a photo has been digitally altered.

How it works

  1. Open the still photo in the Still Photo Editor

  2. Go to the Disclosure watermark tab

  3. Toggle the watermark on/off

  4. Choose the position

  5. Add a custom label or keep “Digitally Altered”

The watermark helps ensure transparency when using features like Blue Sky, Object Removal, AI Enhance or other photo edits.
