What are “AI-enhanced Floor plans”?
They are realistic top-down visuals generated by Gemini AI, using your point cloud scan combined with our tailored prompt preset or your own custom one to produce a true-to-life floor plan render — either as a realistic representation of the current space or with virtual staging applied based on your chosen mood and style.
Which projects can I choose for this feature?
This feature is available on projects uploaded from 11th March onward, which were captured with the PRO camera and include panoramas (generated floor plans). Please note that properties with multiple buildings may currently produce less accurate results — this is a known edge case we are actively working to improve
How to use the feature?
Go to your dashboard
Select the project
Open floor plans
Click on the floor plan dropdown and choose “AI enhance”
Select one of the presets or write your custom prompt
Generate the image, confirm the results, save and access them through dashboard
