Protected Access Virtual Tours limit full tour access until a lead form is completed.

Viewers can explore a limited preview before being asked to submit contact details, helping capture verified leads before granting full access.

How Protected Access Works

  • Viewers see up to 3 panoramas: the start view and the next two connected scenes

  • After the third panorama, a lead capture form appears

  • Once the form is submitted, the tour host receives the lead details and can choose to send a temporary full-access link.

Setting up a Protected Access Tour Link

Protected Access tours display up to three panoramas: the start view and the next two panoramas accessible via navigation points from the start view. After the third panorama, a lead capture form is triggered and must be completed to continue.

  1. Open your project

  2. Click the menu button "..." on the virtual card

  3. Select “Tour link”

  4. Click “+” to create a link

  5. Choose “Protected” from the list provided and click Next

  6. Review the information, then check the confirmation box to agree to the usage terms “I agree to only use provided email addresses for sending communications related to this service.”

  7. Edit the slug of the protected access tour link if needed. You can also edit the link at any time – Click “...” next to the link and select “Edit”

  8. Click “Create”

Once created, the Protected Access tour link will appear under its own section.

Creating and Sharing a Temporary Link

  • Each temporary link is valid for 3 days after creation

  • You can generate unlimited temporary links while the base link is published

  • If the base link is unpublished or deleted, all associated temporary links become invalid

To create and copy a temporary access link

  1. Click "..." on the protected tour link card

  2. Select "Get access link" — it’s copied to your clipboard

  3. Paste it into your notes or send it to the recipient

The link isn’t shown in the dashboard, so save it if you plan to reuse it, or generate a new one anytime

Where do submitted leads go?

All leads submitted via a Protected Access form are:

  • Emailed to the person linked to the project

  • Stored in the Dashboard under Leads, with full contact details (name, email, phone)
