On the projects page find the project you wish to edit room names for
Click on the project card to access its content
Click the menu button “...” on the virtual tour card
Click “Edit” to open the virtual tour editor
To edit room names:
Click the pencil icon located next to the room name in the left sidebar, make the desired edits to the room name, and confirm by pressing 'Enter'
Click "Save & close"
Importing Room Names:
From Virtual tour to Floor Plans
Edit room names in the virtual tour editor and then transfer these room names to floor plan.
Edit room names
Click Save and Close
Click Edit in the new window that has just popped up to open the Floor plan editor
Click on the icon next to Import room names
Choose which room names to import or import them all
Click Import
Note: When different room names are given to panoramas with the same titles in the virtual tour, they will be added to the floor plan upon import and will appear on the floor plan next to the original room name, with a slash dividing them.
Click Save and close if you’re happy with the change
Note: Click Save and close after editing room names in the virtual tour editor to carry on editing them for floor plans. The Import function is to import room names FROM one editor to another when changes have been saved.
Note:
Virtual tour editor is available only for completed projects
Older virtual tours from the legacy dashboard or older camera models may not be editable. Please contact our support if you can't access the Virtual tour editor.
