Important: only Admin and Manager users can make changes to presets. Presets section is not available to Basic users.

How to Customise Presets for Virtual Tours

  • Click on “Presets” section of the dashboard to access branding options

  • Each content type has their own presets

  • You can upload a watermark (by default, watermark opacity is set to 50%, but you can change it if needed), choose an accent colour for the cursor in virtual tour map and the ‘welcome screen’ button, and change other settings

  • Add the presets as per your preferences and they will be applied to all your future projects

  • You can see how the exact preset will look in your virtual tours as soon as you change it. Changes will be applied only when you click "Save & close"

Note:

If you update your presets, previously processed projects will retain the original settings, and the new changes will only apply to future projects.

To update settings for older projects, please contact our support team or make the necessary changes directly in the virtual tour editor for each project.

Settings

Localisation

Virtual Tours are available in different languages, these can be edited either in Presets or on a per project basis.

When you change the Virtual Tour Language default room/panorama names will be changed for all future Virtual Tours moving forward. To access Virtual Tour Language presets just head to the Settings tab in your Virtual Tour Presets.

Branding

Customise branding options for all your virtual tours.

  • Set an accent colour that will appear on the tour welcome screen (if displayed) and the cursor on the mini-map

  • Choose a theme: Dark;Light or Auto-select

  • Use toggles to show or hide the mini-map and to display the room area on the mini-map in your tours

  • Enable a welcome screen at the start of your tours, featuring an "Explore Virtual Tour" message, an "Enter Tour" button in your chosen accent colour, and your logo (which can be in full colour or greyscale)

  • You can also add watermarks to your tours. Adjust the opacity, scale, count (3-10 watermarks per panorama), and vertical position

Note: To customise branding for individual projects rather than all tours, make adjustments in the virtual tour editor for each tour.

Tour link

  • You can enable a listing site-friendly link for all your tours, allowing you to create a virtual tour link without branding. (Learn more about the listing site-friendly link here).

  • You can also toggle to enable or disable cookies for your virtual tours.

Timestamps

Use the toggle to add or remove timestamps, allowing clients to see when the tours were captured.

Info

Use toggles to choose what information will be displayed in the info section of your virtual tours.

  • Property information: Address; Floor count: Bedroom count; Bathroom count; Total area

  • Contact information: Add profile image (optional); Full name; Occupation (optional); e-mail; Phone number

  • Contact form: Choose whether to add contact form to the info section or not

Information added under Presets will appear in every tour, but you can still customise it for individual projects using the virtual tour editor.
