What is a Property Website?

The Property Website is a dynamic webpage that showcases essential property details, optimised for sharing and engagement. It includes all available project assets, such as images, virtual tours, floor plans, and – features a Property Teaser video that highlights key features of the property.

Once a project is processed, you can generate the website by clicking the “Generate” button from the project website tab. The site includes all available assets and is ready within seconds after generation.

Content Layout

Photo Gallery
An interactive gallery displays property photos with options for full-screen viewing and easy navigation. You can select thumbnails for the first five photos in the gallery.
Property Information
Key information includes: Property price, type (e.g., residential or commercial), bedroom/bathroom count, total area. These fields can be edited, hidden, or deletedProperty title and description, which you can customize.
Virtual Tour and Floor Plans
Interactive content such as virtual tours and floor plans are accessible for a more immersive experience. (If these assets are missing, the property website will still be created).
Static Map with Nearby Places
When an address is provided, a static map appears, showcasing nearby points of interest. Up to five nearby places are suggested, and users can select or rename locations for display.
Contact Agent Button
A "Contact Agent" button at the bottom of the page links to a contact form.

How to Customize Your Property Teaser and Property Website

Open a project
Select “Property Website”
Click “Edit”
A new window will open.
Make your edits to the teaser slides and property website content as desired

Customization Options for Property Teaser

For all slides

Header: Choose what to display on the slide header (Address; Price; Bedrooms; Bathrooms; Custom)
Title: Edit, replace, or hide title text
Background: Choose panorama or still photo as your slide background. Click the pencil icon if you want to replace the chosen asset.

You can use any combination of still photos and panoramas across the three slides.

Customization Options for Property Website

Hero

Add a custom title (50 characters max) or choose a pre-existing one.
Select 5 still photos to show first on the property website.
Use the pencil icon to replace any photo

Info

Edit details like price, type, floor count, bedrooms, bathrooms, living area, and usable area
Use the eye icon to hide any field
To show property details, add them in Project Settings (access via the button at the bottom of the editor)
Add the property address if you'd like it displayed

Description

Use the generated title or create a custom one to highlight key features
Edit Property Description: Use the description generator or write a custom

Map

Visible only if a property address is added
Add up to five nearby locations (e.g., schools, parks, restaurants) and rename them as needed
The map appears as a static image

Contact information

Add occupation, full name, phone number, email, and photo
Use the eye icon to hide any info
If added via Presets, details will appear automatically; otherwise, add them in Project Settings (access via the button at the bottom of the editor)

Contact Form

Add a “Contact” button so leads can reach you easily
Customise form fields like name, email, phone, and message
Use the eye icon to hide any field

Sharing and Social Media Integration

Once customised and published, your Property Website is ready to share. It’s fully optimised for mobile and desktop viewing.

Preview the Page: Review the full property website to confirm all details look accurate and visually appealing.
Share on Social Media: Click the share icon to post the website link directly to social media. This link includes the property teaser, all project assets, and any added information.
Copy the link (e.g. share.giraffe360.com/uhBI7ax) to share manually. You can share the link on your social media posts generated in listing spotlight.

When opened, the teaser video adapts to the viewer’s screen– whether on a phone, laptop, or tablet – for an optimal experience.
