Projects in Processing

If a project has just been downloaded or if it’s not ready yet, you’ll land on the “Processing” page.

You can see the statuses of your project’s content (Uploading; In queue; Uploaded). Once all the content is ready, the processing page will disappear and you’ll be able to see a completed project in the Content section.

Here’s what you can do whilst your project is processing:

  • Modify the project

Click the menu button at the top right corner of a project “...” to split or merge the project, or delete it

  • Rename the project

Click the menu button at the top right corner of a project “...” and then click “Rename”

  • Archive the project

Click the menu button at the top right corner of a project “...” and then click “Archive”

  • Add property address

Click on the menu button "..." at the top right corner > Select "Property address" > Add the address

  • Assign Users

Click on the “Users” section to assign or unassign other dashboard users to the project (only Admins and Managers can do this)

Pausing the project

  • Paused: You’ll see this status once you have paused the project processing - you can do this if you wish to add more rooms to it later (e.g. if you haven’t scanned all the rooms in a property and will return to finish capturing a project at another time.)

Completed Projects

The processing page will disappear once your project is completed.

  • Click on a project card to open a project’s page and access content.

  • Click on Floor plans, Virtual tour, Still photos or panoramas to edit or download the content.

More about how to download project content here.

Other project statuses:

  • Re-processing: You’ll see this status when you’ve requested project modifications (e.g. hiding panoramas, project split or merge)
