How to Get Started
Open a Project from your Giraffe360 dashboard
Click on the Listing Spotlight tab
The platform will automatically generate smart content suggestions based on the listing lifecycle: Coming Soon; Just Listed; For Sale; Open House; Sold
Note: Content is updated every 24 hours and reflects edits made in Project Settings, including price and agent profile image.
Content Types & Formats
Social media
Platforms : Instagram (posts & stories) and Facebook (posts & stories)
Formats: 16:9 (landscape), 9:16 (story), 4:5 (portrait)
Formats: HTML (for email builders) or PNG (for download/upload)
Formats: A4 flyer, Trifold, Bifold – ready for download and print
Once your content is generated, you can:
Download directly
Scan a QR code to access it on your phone for easy mobile posting
Previewing & Editing
Click the eye icon to preview a slide
Click the pencil icon to enter the editor
Customising Content in the Editor
Template name: Add a name for the template.
Add captions: Auto-generate (uses information added in project settings) or write your own.
Slide Elements
Each project section will automatically generate 1 to 5 slides, depending on the content. The type of slide determines what kind of information can be added or edited.
Text
Add/edit property text: heading, type, address, bedrooms, bathrooms, floors
Choose fonts and hierarchy
Assets
Still photos added automatically from the captured project
Intro slides contain text and 1 still photo, gallery slides can have up to 3 still photos
Control asset layout: shape, scale, rotation, position (all assets on the slide)
Colors
Pick an accent color to match your brand. The system will automatically choose the color added in project settings. You can add a different color if needed
System offers palettes: Shades, Monochromatic, Analogous
The Property Website is included in the Listing Spotlight package, providing a complete, shareable online showcase for your property.
