What is a Campaign

The Campaign feature in Listing Spotlight helps you turn your listing photos into a ready-to-go 26-day marketing campaign.

Using AI-ranked still images, professional designs, and AI-generated text, the system creates engaging content for Instagram and Facebook posts and stories.

You stay in control – preview, edit, schedule, and approve before posting.

How to Create a Campaign

For the best results, make sure to fill in the Property Data section before creating a campaign – especially the Agent details with a profile photo, property price, and contact info.

  1. Open a completed project

  2. Select Listing Spotlight

  3. Click Create campaign

  4. Set Campaign date; Life cycles; Include Open house event

  5. The campaign will generate automatically

  6. Preview & Approve the campaign

Use the 👁️ eye icon to preview posts; Edit posts if needed; Schedule posts for specific dates

  7. Change campaign status: Sold Or Cancel campaign (cancel campaign will remove all created posts)

Note: You can cancel the campaign both before and after approval by clicking Status → Waiting Approval.
