Important: There is a description limit – 10 descriptions per property, this means you can regenerate a description for a specific property up to 10 times.
How to generate an AI description
Open the project you wish add property description to
Click on “Property description”
Click “Create description”
A new window will open. Here you can add Options (mandatory); Information (optional) and also Location (optional)
Once you’ve added all the info you want, click “Generate description”. if you want to make edits, change the details and then click “Generate description” again.
You can also manually edit the description. Simply click in the text where edits and additional information are needed, and proceed with the necessary changes.
If you’re happy with the description click “Save” at the bottom of the page. Property description will be available for you in the “Property description” section. If you want to edit it again later, just click on the pencil icon.
Options
This info needs to be added for AI to create description.
Writing style: Neutral; Informative; Professional or Engaging
Language: Currently, property description is available only in English
Description type: Listing description or Social media post
Information
Info in this section is optional.
Switch the toggle next to a specific room to add information about it in the description or hide it.
Total area: Choose to add property total area in meters, feet or do not include it int he description at all.
Choose to add appliances or other info you want to highlight in different rooms in the property. To do so switch the toggle to enable room info > click the “+” below the room name you want to add info to.
E.g. Bathroom – bathtub; marble tiles; light interior
Bedroom – king size bed; walk-in wardrobe; wooden floors
Location
Info in this section is optional.
Add property address.
Underneath the address field check the box if you want to mention the address in the description, then click the 🔎 icon to pull places in the area!
To manually add places that are around the property. To do so, Click the “+” and add the info you want.
E.g. supermarket; park; schools; playground; paddington station; restaurants.
