If you've incorporated a contact form into your Call-to-Action (CTA), any responses received through it will be categorised as leads and displayed in the Leads section. You can also download these leads as a CSV file for easy organisation and importing into other tools.

To view your leads:
As soon as there is a new lead, you’ll receive email notifications alongside a visible notification bubble adjacent to the "Leads" page name, ensuring you never miss a new lead.
Click on the Leads section in the sidebar
A table with leads will appear (if you have no leads, the page will be empty). New leads are listed first, and unviewed leads marked by a distinctive yellow dot for easy identification. Once you’ve viewed the lead, the notification will disappear.
You can view leads from all projects or select specific ones. Additionally, you can filter leads based on whether they came from a standard virtual tour or a gated tour, as well as by the calendar period when the lead was received.
Within the leads table, you'll find essential information including: Project details, Source, Name, Email, Phone number, Message, and the Date the lead was received. Any missing information will be denoted by a "-".
To access detailed information from a lead, just click anywhere on it and a new window will pop up. You can copy lead name, email address, and phone number directly from the lead's details to paste wherever necessary. The link to virtual tour is also available in the lead card.
