You can move or copy a project to another workspace in your own organisation, or send a copy to a different organisation. For example, to hand a listing to another branch, deliver a finished project to a client (such as a photographer sending a project to an estate agent), or empty a workspace before deleting it.

Before you start
Moving a project within your organisation has no time limit.
Copying a project, within your organisation or to another organisation, is possible for up to 6 months after its raw camera files were uploaded. After that, only Move is available.
You transfer one whole project at a time. You can't send only some of its assets.
Cameras don't move. Only the project is transferred.
A transfer can't be undone. To send a project back, start a new transfer.
Move or copy within your organisation
In your project list, open the ⋯ menu on the project card, or open the project and select its ⋯ menu. Then select Transfer
Choose the destination workspace.
Choose Move (the default) or Keep Copy. Move places the project in the new workspace and billing doesn't change. Copy creates a separate second project, which counts towards your plan.
Confirm. The project appears in the new workspace straight away.
The project keeps its original settings. To change presets or watermarks, edit it afterwards.
Send a project to another organisation
The other organisation always gets a copy, and you keep your original.
In your project list, open the ⋯ menu on the project card, or open the project and select its ⋯ menu. Then select Transfer
Choose Send by email (you can add a short note), or Create shareable link to share it any way you like, for example on WhatsApp.
Confirm. The transfer stays pending until someone claims it.
Good to know:
The link works once. The first eligible person to claim the project gets it, so share it only with the person it's meant for.
The link expires after 14 days. If nobody claims the project in that time, nothing is copied.
Merging and splitting aren't available on projects sent between organisations.
Receive a project
To receive a project, you need:
a paid Content Studio or camera subscription. If you're on a Demo account, you'll be asked to upgrade first. You can claim the project after upgrading, as long as the link hasn't expired.
Workspace User (edit) access or higher in the workspace where the project will go.
Then:
Open the link and sign in, or create an account.
Preview the project.
Select Accept / Claim project, and choose a workspace if you have more than one.
The project arrives with the sender's settings. You can adjust it in the editor if needed.
Billing
The sending organisation pays for the project as usual. Whether the receiving organisation is also charged depends on its plan:
GO or PRO camera subscription: not charged.
Content Studio subscription: the project counts towards your plan from the date you accept it.
Transfer history
Go to Organisation management → All projects → Project transfer history to see:
projects you've sent, with their status and who claimed them
projects you've received, with the sending organisation and the date you accepted them
If a project was claimed by the wrong person, contact Support.
Deleting a workspace
You can only delete a workspace once it's empty. To delete one:
Move its projects to another workspace in your organisation, or archive them.
Reassign any cameras linked to the workspace.
Go to Manage organization→Workspaces→select by the desired to delete workspace its ⋯ menu → select Delete.
Only Admins and Organisation Managers can delete a workspace.
