Agent Website

Written by Sam Bellingham

Your Agent Website is a personal portfolio site built automatically from the property projects you already have in Giraffe360. It shows homeowners how you market homes, using your real photos, virtual tours and floor plans, and gives them an easy way to get in touch.

You don't need a Giraffe360 camera. Your website works with projects you've uploaded yourself in Content Studio and projects shared with you by a Giraffe360 photographer.

What's on your Agent Website

Your website brings your profile and your work together on one page:

  • Your profile: photo, name, short bio, logo, contact details and social media links.

  • Your properties: cover photos, photo galleries, videos and virtual tours and floor plans where available, along with property details and status (for example, active or sold).

  • Area guides: pages created automatically for the areas where your properties are located.

  • A contact form: homeowners can send you an enquiry from any page.

Your website works on desktop, tablet and mobile, and includes a small "Powered by Giraffe360" badge in the footer.

Why use an Agent Website

Show the next seller what you could do for their home.

Your Agent Website is an interactive portfolio, not a static business card. Homeowners can browse your photography, open virtual tours and view floor plans, so they can see how you present a property before they contact you.

  • Every property becomes evidence. Each listing you show answers the question "How would this agent present my home?"

  • It keeps working between listings. Your portfolio and contact form stay live even in months when you have no new listings.

  • It keeps itself up to date. New completed projects are added to your website editor automatically, so you only need to choose which ones to show.

  • One link for everything. Share a single link in your email signature, social media bios, business cards and seller conversations.

Before you publish: what you'll need

To be able to publish your Agent Website all you require is at least one listing on your workspace. This will then allow you to head to the Agent Website space and publish the site from there

Set up and publish your website

Each workspace includes one Agent Website.

  1. Open the Agent Website builder.

  2. Complete your profile. Add your profile photo, full name, short bio, logo and at least one contact method (email or phone). You can also add your social media links.

  3. Personalise your branding. See Personalise your branding below.

  4. Choose your listings. Select which properties to show, put them in order and pick a featured property. See Manage your listings below.

  5. Preview your website. Check how your website looks before it goes live.

  6. Select Publish.

Manage your listings

When a new project is completed in Giraffe360, it's added to your website editor automatically. It won't appear on your public website until you choose to show it, so you're always in control of what homeowners see.

In the editor you can:

  • Show or hide individual properties.

  • Reorder properties, or pin your best work to the top.

  • Choose a featured property to display prominently at the top of your website.

  • Hide the exact address of a property, for example for sold or off-market homes.

Area guides

Your website creates area guide pages automatically, based on where your properties are. These help homeowners see the areas you know and work in.

Personalise your branding

The personalisation option available are:

  • Logo: upload your personal or agency logo.

  • Brand colour: used for buttons, links and highlights.

Share your website

When you publish, your website gets its own link on a Giraffe360 address, for example: agentwebsite.giraffe360.com/jhdcakdhjgn

You can change the end of the link to something more memorable, such as your name: agentwebsite.giraffe360.com/jane-smith

Please Note - Custom domain option for CSS Plus is available by contacting Customer Support.

Ideas for sharing your link:

  • Your email signature

  • Instagram, TikTok, Facebook and LinkedIn bios

  • Business cards, brochures and printed marketing (for example, as a QR code)

  • Messages to homeowners before or after a valuation

View your leads and visitor stats

When a homeowner fills in the contact form on your website, their enquiry is sent to your Giraffe360 dashboard.

Your dashboard also shows:

  • Leads: the number of enquiries received.

  • Views: the total number of times your website has been viewed.

  • Unique visitors: the number of different people who've visited.

Unpublish your website

You can unpublish your website at any time. Simply press the three dots next to the website to open the menu and press unpublish.

Who Can Edit The Agent Website

Only workspace managers and organisational admins will have the ability to publish, unpublish and edit the Agent Website. For more information on how to edit a user's role in an organisation or workspace please head to our Multiple Workspaces article.
