Cinematic and Virtual Drone Videos are generated automatically after your property is scanned and processed. If your video is not available, it usually means the project did not meet the capture requirements needed for Gaussian Splat video generation.
Common reasons why a video is not generated
The property was scanned using Single Scan mode only
Cinematic and Virtual Drone Videos require Double scans. If the property was captured using only Single Scan mode, the system will still generate content such as Virtual Tours and Floorplans, but Cinematic and Virtual Drone Videos will not be created.
There are not enough Double scans
A minimum of 2 Double scans is required to generate Cinematic and Virtual Drone Videos.If fewer than 2 Double scans were captured, the video cannot be created.
The scan density is too low
Gaussian Splat videos require detailed spatial data.
For best results, scans should be placed:
every 1.5–2 metres
from multiple angles in each room
without large gaps between scan positions
If scans are too far apart or rooms are only captured from one viewpoint, the system may not have enough data to generate the video.
The project is still in processing
Video generation may take up to 24 hours after scanning is completed. If your video is not visible yet, the system may still be processing the project.
