Only available with LiDAR V2 cameras, the Giraffe360 Pro Cam model, and the automatic tripod. All drone videos are generated using internal scans only.

To ensure compatibility, scans must meet specific capture requirements.

A minimum of 2 double scans is required.
If only single scans are taken, the Virtual Drone Video will not be generated.

What Is a Drone Video?

A Drone Video is a cinematic-style flythrough created from your 3D scan — no drone or filming needed. It simulates a sweeping aerial motion through your property using advanced 3D rendering techniques.

Each video is:

  • Automatically generated from your property scans

  • Limited to one video per tour

  • Synced to a professional soundtrack

  • Optimised for social media and web: Instagram, Facebook, websites

  • Available formats: Portrait (1080x1920); Landscape (1920x1080)

How It Works

Scan the Property

  • Scan the property using the Giraffe360 v2 camera with an automatic tripod

  • Use the Double scan mode on the PRO Cam

  • ⚠️ This scan type differs from your regular one. More scans per space are highly advised

  • Once the property is scanned, the system automatically processes the data and generates your Virtual Drone Video

❗Minimum Requirement
To generate a Drone Video, you must capture at least 2 double scans.
Single scans only will not generate a Drone Video.

Note: Drone video can take up to 24 hours. You will be notified by email when it is ready.

Capture Guidelines

To ensure accurate video generation, follow these Gaussian Splatting scan guidelines:

  • High scan density: Place a scan every 1.5–2 meters

  • 360° object coverage: Capture each area from multiple sides

  • Use a zig-zag path in long corridors or hallways

  • Set door positions before scanning — do not move them once scanning begins

  • Turn on all main lights before you start and keep them on

👉 For the full list of requirements, see the Gaussian Splatting Capture Guidelines.
