How to Log in to Your Giraffe360 Account

Important update to how you log in to your Giraffe360 account

We’re introducing an important update to how you log in to your Giraffe360 account – making it simpler, more secure, and more convenient.

As part of this change, we’re moving to a password-free login system.

That means no more remembering (or resetting) passwords.

When does this change happen?

  • This update begins rolling out in early April

  • You will automatically see the new login flow when it becomes available to you

Log in Options

You can log in using:

  • One-time email code

  • Log in with Google


Log in with a One-Time Email Code

Steps

  1. Enter your email address on the login page

  2. Check your inbox for a login code

  3. Enter the code on the screen

  4. Access your account

Code Login Rules

  1. The code is valid for 10 minutes

  2. You must use the latest code received

  3. You need a new code each time you log in (unless your session is still active)

Didn't Receive a Code?

If your code does not work or you didn’t receive one:

  • Make sure you are using the most recent code from your latest email (if you requested a new code, previous ones will no longer work)

  • Check that the code has not expired (10 minutes from when the email was received)

  • Try requesting a new code

  • Check your Spam / Junk folder

  • Make sure emails from no-reply@giraffe360.com are not blocked or filtered

Session Duration

  • You stay logged in unless you are inactive for 7 days

  • After that, you will need to log in again

Why You Might Be Unable to Log In

  • Account is restricted

    • You will see an error message after entering your email

    • You will not receive a login code

  • Your email is not linked to an account

    • If your email is not linked to a Giraffe360 account, you will not be able to access your company’s projects

    • This usually means you have not yet been invited to your company’s account

👉 Before logging in:

  • Make sure you are using the correct email address

  • Ask your company admin to invite you

  • Complete registration using the invitation email

  • If you log in with an unregistered email, a separate empty (demo) account may be created, and you will not see your projects


Log in with Google

You can log in instantly if your email is linked to Google:

  1. Click “Continue with Google”

  2. Select your account

  3. Access your dashboard

If you accidentally created a demo account, you can now delete it yourself:

  1. Go to "My Account"

  2. Open "Data and Privacy"

  3. Click "Delete account"

⚠️ Important:

  • This option is available only for demo (non-subscribed) accounts

  • Accounts that are or have ever been linked to a paid subscription cannot be deleted this way


Dashboard Name Update: Content Studio

  • “Content Studio” is the new name for the Giraffe360 Dashboard

  • There are no changes to functionality

  • Your login link stays the same
