If an error has occurred, switch the camera off and on again.
Cancel any action if the camera is working
Hold the power button for a few seconds to turn the camera off
Hold the power button to turn the camera back on again
If restarting the camera does not help, please contact our support team via chat on the dashboard.
Note: If you restart the camera during a project capture, the project will be split into two parts. Once you upload the projects on the dashboard, you can merge them and they will be processed as one project.
