How to Integrate with StreetCRM

Securely connect Giraffe360 with StreetCRM to send property assets and listing links directly to your properties, with full control over what’s shared.

The StreetCRM integration allows you to securely connect your Giraffe360 workspace with your Street account and manually send project assets such as photos, floorplans, virtual tours, property descriptions, and property website links.

The integration process includes three key steps:

  1. Workspace authentication

  2. Project-property linking

  3. Manual asset send

1. Authenticate Your Workspace with StreetCRM

All clients can see available integrations in the Workspace, even if nothing is connected yet. StreetCRM can be activated via Workspace settings.

How to authenticate

  1. Open Workspace - all available integrations are listed.

  2. Select StreetCRM ➡️ a connection modal opens.

  3. To authenticate with StreetCRM, you first need to log in to your StreetCRM account. From there, navigate to "Settings" ➡️ "Applications" and fill in the required application details. Under the API token scope, select “Open API” and then click “Create Application”. StreetCRM will generate an Access API token.

  4. Paste your Street API token into the field.

  5. The system verifies the token.

  6. If valid ➡️ the integration shows a green “Connected” status.

Authentication is now complete.

2. Link a Project to a StreetCRM Property

Once the integration is authenticated, each Giraffe360 project must be linked to a specific property in StreetCRM. Linking is done per project.

How to link a project

  1. Open the project you want to sync.

  2. Click Add Integrations below the project title.

  3. Select StreetCRM from the list.

  4. The system fetches your Street properties.

  5. A modal appears with:

    • Suggested “best match” properties

    • Search by address

    • Option to paste the StreetCRM property URL

  6. Select a property from the list.

  7. Confirm the selection.

  8. The project is now linked, and a green StreetCRM label appears under the project title.

Note: If a project is linked to StreetCRM, it cannot be merged or split until disconnected.

3. Send Assets to StreetCRM

After linking a project, users can choose which assets to send to StreetCRM. Asset send is manual and can be repeated any time (e.g., after editing or re-processing content).

How to send assets

  1. Click the StreetCRM label under the project title.

  2. Select Send Assets ➡️ a modal opens with selectable asset types:

    • Still Images

    • Floorplans

    • Virtual Tour links (multiple link types available): Listing site friendly (default); Gated; Protected; Regular

    • Property Description

    • Property Website Link (if available)

  3. Select which items you want to send (all are optional).

  4. Click Send – your selected assets are sent to StreetCRM through its API.

  5. You return to the project page where:

    • A yellow status indicator means the sync is processing.

    • A red indicator shows an error (tap to view details).

    • A green indicator confirms successful send.

Important Sync Behavior

  • If you previously sent assets and returned later with updated content, only the selected updated files are overwritten.

  • We never delete or modify other assets already uploaded to StreetCRM if you do not select them.

Example

If you previously sent 10 photos and later sent only 8 updated ones, only those 8 are overwritten - the remaining 2 stay untouched.
