The billing section can be accessed from the Billing option located in the dashboard sidebar.
Note: Only "Admin" users have access to the Billing page.
Features available on the billing page
1. Usage: Billable Project Count
The Billable Projects section displays the number of billable projects captured during each contract period. This helps you track your project usage in relation to your subscription limits.
2. Subscription Plan
In this section, you can view detailed information about your current subscription, including:
Camera Count: The number of cameras included in your subscription.
Monthly Projects: The number of projects you are allowed to complete each month under your subscription.
Monthly Spending: Displays either the amount of your subscription or actual monthly spending (clarification is pending).
3. Add-ons
The add-ons section lists all available features that can be added to your subscription. The status of each add-on is indicated by the following symbols:
✔: Add-ons currently active in your account.
✖: Add-ons not yet added to your account.
4. Upgrade Your Plan
You can easily upgrade your subscription plan by following these steps:
Navigate to the billing page.
Click the Upgrade Plan button located in the top-right corner.
From there, you can select a higher-tier subscription or remove/add additional features.
After you submit your upgrade request, our customer service team will reach out to confirm the changes.
5. Invoices (Coming Soon)
While the invoice feature is not currently available, it will soon allow you to:
View details of your billing cycle, including Billing Date, Invoice Period, and Amount.
Check the Status of invoices (Paid or Unpaid).
Download your invoices by clicking the download button next to each invoice.
