When you create a sharing link for your virtual tours, you can set its status.
Published: Everyone who has access to the link can view the tour
Unpublished: Virtual tour can’t be viewed when accessing the link, but can be shown in a guided viewing
To publish / unpublish a tour
Find and open the project you wish to change the tour link status to
Click the menu button “…” on the virtual tour card
Choose “Tour link”
Click on the settings button in the top right corner
Change tour visibility to desired status
Click “Save”
You can see the tour status on the virtual tour card:
