Go to the "Events" page on your dashboard (accessible from the dashboard options menu)

Click “Create event” button at the top right corner of the events page

In Create event form click “Select project”

Browse through projects or search a project by its name

Select a project for the guided viewing event

Rename the event if needed (project name will automatically be added as the event name)

Choose the date of the event and click “Select”

Select the time of the event
You can choose: timezone; how long you want the event to last; am/pm or 24h clock.

Click “Save”
