There are two ways to find the Serial Number of your Camera depending on which model you are using
The serial number of your camera is displayed on all models, on the base of the unit, where the camera connects to the Tripod:
You can also find the Serial Number of your GO Cam when switched on by following the steps below:
Turn the camera on
Tap the menu button in the top left corner on the camera screen
Tap About Camera
Camera serial number (e.g. 01002G0) and other info
5. To go back to the Options menu tap the yellow arrow in the top left corner.
