What is a 3D Floor Plan?

The 3D Floor Plan is an interactive property visualization that combines multiple property layers into a single experience. It helps viewers understand the layout, spatial relationships, and key features of a property in a clear and engaging way.

The 3D Floor Plan can be shared via a direct link or embedded into external websites, where it opens in an interactive standalone player.

What’s included in the 3D Floor Plan?

The 3D Floor Plan experience may include:

  • 2D Floor Plan view – a clear top-down layout of the property

  • 3D Floor Plan – an interactive spatial overview with direct navigation into the virtual tour (if published)

  • Sun Path visualization – sunlight simulation based on property orientation (if generated). Once generated, it becomes available both in the standalone player and in the Property Website view

These elements are combined into one unified interactive player.
