The object removal tool helps you improve your photos by erasing unwanted elements like cables, small objects, or clutter. It creates a cleaner, distraction-free image, enhancing the overall quality and focus of your photo.

How to Remove Objects

  1. Open still photo editor

  2. Click on “Object removal tab”

  3. Select the Brush Tool

Adjust the brush size as needed to match the size of the object you wish to remove. This can be done by using the size adjustment slider.

  4. Click and hold the left mouse button, then drag along the object you want to remove, carefully tracing over the area to ensure the entire object is selected

  5. Adjust the Selection (Optional)

If you accidentally add unwanted brush strokes or need to refine your selection, use the Eraser Tool.

  6. Once satisfied with your selection, click the Remove Object button

Larger selections may result in reduced removal quality. If your selection area is too large, the tool will notify you to adjust the selection for better results.

  7. Click “Save & close”

Important Info

  • If you make a mistake and remove an object by accident, and have not yet saved your changes, click the undo arrow in the top left corner.

  • Once an object is removed and the changes are saved, you can still restore the original image using the "Revert to Original" option. To do so, you need to go to the specific still photo where the object was removed, as this option works on a photo-by-photo basis and not for all photos at once.
