Note: We will automatically blur people’s faces; posters with people in them; car number plates. If you need to blur another part of a still photo or edit an existing blur mask, you can do so in the still photo editor:

How to use our Blur Editing Tool:

  1. Find & open the project you want to add blur

  2. Click on Still photos

  3. Click on the menu button “…” at the top right corner > Click "Edit" ( Or find a still photo you want to edit > Click on the menu button “…” on the still photo card > Click “Edit")

  4. Click “+” (Add blur) in the top left corner

  5. Add blur to the area needed - You can adjust the size & shape of your blur mask as well as adding additional points, please see tips below!

  6. Click “Save” once you’re happy with the changes you have made

  7. Click “Save” again or “Discard”

Blur tips:

  • You can adjust the blur mask size & shape (change corners from sharp to round):

Right click on the mouse and change the corner to as round as you want it to be. You can apply a different % of roundness to each corner or apply the same to all.

  • You can add extra points to reshape the blur mask if needed (4 points added by default): Click anywhere on the outline of the shape to add an extra point.

  • You can delete points from the blur mask: Right click on the point and choose “Delete”

  • You can adjust blur intensity – it will be applied to all your blur masks on the still photo you have selected.

  • Move the blur you’ve added to a different part of a photo: Select the blur (left click) and drag it.

  • Zoom in on the still photo to check if you're happy with the blur mask: Click "+ and -" buttons at the top right corner.

  • You can add as many blurs as required!

  • You can delete a blur mask: Select the blur you want to delete from the list and click the "Bin icon"

Still photo editor also lets you add a different watermark for a particular project. Read more about it below:
