How to Refer Someone new to Giraffe360
Go to the Referrals section on your dashboard.
Sign up for the Referral Program and accept the Terms and Conditions (if you haven’t already).
Start referring and earn rewards!
You can refer someone new in two ways:
Direct Referral: Submit the contact details of the person you are referring through the Referrals page.
Referral Link: Copy or share your unique referral link to invite others. (Coming Soon)
Tracking Your Referrals
After referring someone — either by submitting their contact details through the 'Refer Directly' option or by having them complete the Referrals form via your shared link — you can track their progress on the Referrals page.
Referral statuses include:
Referral Activated – The referral link has been used and the potential client has either registered or their details were submitted via the 'Refer Directly' option.
Waiting to Sign Contract – the contract has been sent to the potential client, who is currently reviewing it.
Signed; Awaiting payment – The contract is signed, and the first invoice payment is pending. The referral becomes successful once the client has not canceled within 28 days. (See T&Cs, Section 2.4)
Choose Reward – The referral is successful, and the Referrer can now choose between a credit or cash-back reward. (See T&Cs, Section 3.1).
Cashback payment for legal entities only: USD 350 (or equivalent in local currency)
Credit Against Next Invoice: USD 500 (or equivalent in local currency)
Rewards will be issued in the contractual currency; conversions are based on recent exchange rates by Giraffe360.
Reward Chosen – The Referrer has selected their preferred reward, which is now being processed. (See T&Cs 3.3 and 3.4)
Note: Rewards must be chosen within 1 year of issuance or they will expire.
Rewarded – The selected reward has been successfully issued and the referral process is complete.
Cancelled – The referral is ineligible for a reward due to subscription cancellation during the cooling-off period or due to violation of the program's T&Cs.

Pending Referrals: Referrals still in progress.
Successful Referrals: Referrals that have completed the required steps and are eligible for rewards.Above the table, you’ll also see a summary of your total earnings from referrals — showing how much you’ve earned via bank transfer and how much as credit against your next invoice.
Bonus amounts you can earn by referring
For each successful referral, the Referrer may choose between a credit against their next invoice or a cash-back payment.
Cash-back is available only to legal entities and not individuals. The applicable amounts are as follows: USD 350 (or equivalent in local currency) as cashback or USD 500 (or equivalent in local currency) as credit against the next invoice.
The cashbacks and credits will be issued in the contractual currency specified in the Agreement with the Referrer. The currency conversion will be carried out by Giraffe360 using a recent exchange rate.

The Referral Program is currently available in the following territories: all European Economic Zone (EEZ) countries, the United Kingdom (UK), the United States of America (USA) and Canada. Giraffe360 reserves the right to expand, restrict, or modify the list of eligible territories at its discretion.
The Referred Customer will be eligible for a reduction in the Delivery Fee upon successfully subscribing to Giraffe360 Service.
Please note:
Any referral made before you joined the new Referral Program will not appear in the ‘Past Referrals’ section of your Giraffe360 Dashboard.
